2.1 For the Results Contest (win a TNC Hoodie or Sport Bag):
To participate, you must:

• complete the ‘Your Results’ form accurately and in full;

• attach clear before and after photos (mandatory);

• include your initial and final values, as well as any symptoms experienced before and improvements after the program;

• sign the form and send it to info@tormanscoaching.com.

By submitting your form:

​

• you give explicit consent to TNC to use your submitted results (text and images) for display on the website, social media, and promotional materials;

• you confirm that your face and any identifiable features will be blurred or censored before publication (unless stated otherwise);

• you accept the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Liability Waiver, and these contest rules.

Selfie Results & Consent Clause

In some coaching trajectories, the focus may be on general well-being, energy, and overall life quality. In these cases, participants may opt to submit facial selfies rather than full-body photos. These selfies should reflect visible emotional or physical transformation through facial expression and appearance.

If you choose this form of participation and your face is clearly visible, you agree, by signing the results form, to grant explicit permission for TNC to publish the uncensored images. This consent is strictly limited to promotional use and may be withdrawn upon written request.

2.2 For the Google Review Campaign (€20 TNC Voucher):
To participate, you must:

​

• write a truthful and detailed Google review about your results and coaching experience with TNC;

• email the review link to info@tormanscoaching.com after publication.

​

Upon approval, you will receive:

​

• a €20 voucher for TNC products or services, subject to the following:

  • may not exceed 25% of the total value of your order;

  • not redeemable for cash or transferable to others;

  • cannot be combined with other promotions;

  • limited to one voucher per customer.
