Once you’ve selected a package, the process will be explained in detail again so you won’t run into any surprises. You can then proceed to checkout, where you’ll see an option on the payment page to confirm that it’s a coaching package.
Once you click this, fields will appear where you can provide your input about your body, any food allergies, intolerances, or foods you don’t like.
This input will be sent directly to the coach, who will then fully tailor the plan to your body. You’ll receive a personalized 8-week program, with no need for additional consults or extra fees.

What to expect
The packages begin with comprehensive information and instructions.
You’ll get a clear explanation of how to get started, what to watch out for, which days to eat what, and additional insights about specific ingredients, replacement meals, or how to handle days when you can’t follow the schedule due to an event or special situation.
YOUR FIRST WEEKLY PLAN
Next, you’ll see your first weekly plan.
This is based on Phase 3 of the analysis we use in our one-on-one coaching programs.
This week is designed to transition your body from your old eating habits — which often included many less beneficial nutrients — to a new and healthier way of eating.
The focus here is on transitioning smoothly without any negative side effects (e.g., reducing high sugar intake gradually).
Week 1 is often the most challenging because it involves big changes. The upside is that your body will be receiving so many beneficial nutrients that it will function much better.

AFTER WEEK 1
After the first week, your program will continue with two different nutrition plans or daily menus including recipes and some familiar items from your previous eating habits.
You’ll find clear guidance on which days to follow each plan in the first few pages of the instructions.
As your program progresses, the values in the plan will be adjusted based on your results.
It’s crucial that you follow the plans as accurately as possible. Changing ingredients or meals can significantly reduce the effectiveness of that week’s plan, as each one uses specific combinations and techniques to support your goal.
If there’s something in the plan that you dislike and forgot to mention, you can look for the closest alternatives yourself.
