If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Service Overview

TNC offers:

  • Coaching Programs (with physical or digital follow-ups).
  • Personalized Coaching Packages (customized based on provided data).
  • Quick Improvement Programs (QIPs) (concise summaries of recent health studies).
  • TNC Apparel & Merchandise (T-shirts, hoodies, and other branded items).

TNC aims to educate, guide, and support individuals in improving their health, fitness, and well-being. However, TNC does not provide medical diagnoses or treatments and is not a substitute for medical advice. You should always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making significant health or lifestyle changes.

3. No Guarantees & Liability Disclaimer

TNC does not guarantee specific results from its coaching programs, packages, or QIPs. The effectiveness of any program depends on personal commitment, lifestyle, and external factors beyond TNC’s control.

By using TNC’s services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Any health changes you experience are your responsibility.
  • TNC is not liable for any adverse health effects or injuries resulting from the use of our coaching plans, QIPs, or advice.
  • You release TNC from any claims or damages arising from participation in our coaching programs.

4. No Refund Policy

All purchases of coaching programs, coaching packages, and QIPs are final. Due to the digital nature and personalization of our products, we do not offer refunds.

For TNC apparel & merchandise, returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. Customers must request a return within 30 days of receipt, and items must be unused, in original packaging. Digital products cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

All content on this website, including coaching plans, QIPs, images, logos, written materials, and merchandise designs, is intellectual property of TNC. This includes:

  • Personalized coaching plans (each with a unique number)
  • QIPs and digital documents
  • Website content and images
  • TNC apparel & branded merchandise designs

By purchasing or accessing any TNC product, you agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, resell, or modify any coaching plans, QIPs, or digital materials.
  • Share your purchased coaching plan with others.
  • Use TNC content for commercial purposes without permission.
  • Reproduce or counterfeit TNC apparel and designs.

TNC retains ownership and copyright of all sold products. Purchasing a coaching plan grants a limited personal-use license, but not ownership of the content.

6. User Agreement & Acceptance

By purchasing any TNC service—including coaching, coaching packages, QIPs, and apparel—you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This agreement extends to:

  • Any physical or digital coaching provided by TNC.
  • Any interaction with TNC’s website and services.

7. Data Submission & Personalization

For Personalized Coaching Packages, you must submit accurate and complete personal data via the provided forms. The success of your customized plan depends on the accuracy of your information.

TNC is not responsible for incorrect recommendations due to incomplete or incorrect data submission.

8. Service Delivery Timeframe

  • Coaching Packages will be delivered within 3 to 7 days after receiving all required personal data.
  • Customers should check their spam folder if they have not received their package.
  • If you do not receive your package within 7 days, please contact us at info@tormanscoaching.com.

9. Website Usage & Restrictions

By using TNC’s website, you agree to:

This Terms & Conditions Agreement is governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall be exclusively handled in Belgian courts.
By purchasing or using any TNC service, including coaching plans, QIPs, and apparel, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted them.

TNC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
