At TNC, we go beyond just achieving your goals. We analyze your current eating habits, routine, work, and lifestyle, explore what’s possible, and then work together to build the ideal diet tailored to your body and lifestyle.

This isn’t something you figure out overnight. During the coaching, we test different combinations week by week to better understand your body, all while your overall health already starts improving and we take steps toward your desired goal.

Thanks to our unique formula, you can work toward your goal, improve your health, and still enjoy heavier or less healthy meals. It’s all about balance and knowing your body well, so you understand how to take control of it.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR BODY BETTER AND GETTING SMARTER

The goal is for you to learn as much as possible about yourself and what food (and possibly other powerful factors like exercise and wellness) does to your body. This way, after the coaching, you can maintain your renewed diet or at least know what good and bad substances do to your body, enabling you to make better choices about nutrition and health. You’ll learn what to eat, when, and how much, as well as what to do in situations when you’re short on time, stressed, attending a dinner, or want to make smart choices—no matter the scenario.

We also teach you how to handle moments when you have less control over what you eat. Never cooking with friends, going out to eat, or ordering takeout again for the rest of your life? Nobody wants that. These moments are important for giving your body and mind some rest and comfort, and they’re definitely valuable for your overall well-being. We provide guidance on these moments and even test during the coaching how to minimize the ‘damage’ from these ‘indulgence moments.’

It all comes down to planning smartly and handling certain nutrients correctly. This isn’t easy because every body is unique, but TNC will figure it all out for you.

HOW DOES THE COACHING PROCESS WORK

PERSONALIZED WEEKLY MEAL PLANS AND NUTRITION INSIGHT


After the 3-phase analysis, we introduce customized weekly meal plans. These take your previous habits into account and may include familiar meals, adapted to match your new nutritional goals. Each menu offers a clear overview of your meals, as well as extra info on specific ingredients, key focus points, helpful tips, and optional suggestions. If recipes are required, they are provided separately on an additional page.

Smart combinations of meals and snacks are used to support overall health and to give your metabolism a lasting boost at the same time.

FLEXIBLE COACHING INTENSITY AND WEEKLY FOLLOW-UP

At TNC, you set the pace of your coaching journey. During the weekly check-ins and reflection moments, we assess together how intense or flexible you want your program to be. You can choose a faster, more disciplined approach or go for a slower, more gradual rhythm.

These conversations provide a clear view of your progress and give space to ask questions. This ensures high-quality guidance with the flexibility to make timely adjustments. You’ll also receive your updated weekly menus, including a clear explanation of the food combinations prescribed for that phase.

SUSTAINABLE RESULTS AND LONG-TERM SUPPORT

The TNC coaching program runs for a minimum of 8 weeks—just the right amount of time to see noticeable results and to equip you with the knowledge and experience to maintain balance long term.

If desired, the coaching can be extended to 16 or 24 weeks to allow for further optimization and extra support along the way.

Over the years, TNC coaching has significantly evolved and been refined.

The weekly schedules now include more variety so that you can deal with food more flexibly and better understand what’s best to eat at any time. We’ve also developed our own recipes, including healthier versions of classic favorites by replacing less beneficial ingredients with nutritious alternatives.

To make coaching even more practical, we’ve included simple dressings, meal options, and snacks.

FLEXIBILITY

Coaching at TNC isn’t about strict diets or temporary restrictions—it’s about a realistic and comfortable approach to building a healthy lifestyle.

Our method focuses on sustainability, helping you continue to make healthy choices on your own even after coaching ends. Open communication and a personal approach form the basis of our guidance. You choose the coaching intensity during the program: go for a faster, more intensive track or a slower, more comfortable pace.

Each week there is a short follow-up moment to discuss progress, answer questions, and adjust the coaching if needed. This keeps the quality high and ensures a program that’s both effective and manageable.

Adopting a new eating pattern can be a challenge, especially within a family or if you’re the one preparing meals.

That’s why most dishes are easy to adjust so you can cook one meal that suits everyone, while you follow the prescribed ingredients. This makes the coaching practical and doable without requiring your entire family to follow the same plan.

However, it's important to know that someone with a different profile and metabolism should not eat the exact same as you. This could lead to deficiencies or other health issues.

WHAT TO CHOOSE IN THE SUPERMARKET

During the coaching program, TNC offers advice on which products to choose at the supermarket.

On the TNC meal plans, certain ingredients or recipes come with an extra marking. These are usually items people have questions about or that offer multiple options.

During weekly follow-up moments, we provide targeted advice on what to look for in your choices, which alternatives are suitable, and what the best options are within your plan.
