This way, you gain knowledge and tools during the coaching so that you can continue independently afterward without needing a coach.

The coach provides a detailed explanation with each weekly meal plan about why everything is prescribed and what we will test that week.
Advice is even given on what to choose in the supermarket when there might be confusion about a particular ingredient.

To provide a better overview during the coaching, you get your own dashboard where all the coaching content will be available.
Your profile, weekly menus, detailed explanations, tools and tips, instructions, and Q&A environments will be accessible there.

This dashboard is easily accessible via an app or by simply navigating to the link of your dashboard.

You can ask questions every week about your plan or an aspect of the coaching, or even ask questions about nutrition & health that are not directly related to your plan.

During the coaching, most dishes are easily adaptable, allowing you to prepare one meal suitable for everyone while following your prescribed ingredients. This keeps the coaching practical and feasible for parents or family members, while respecting everyone’s health and preferences.

However, it’s important that someone with a different profile or metabolism does not follow your exact nutrition plan, as this could lead to deficiencies or other health issues.

HOW THE COACHING WORKS
STEP BY STEP

PERSONAL ANALYSIS AND APPROACH

The coaching starts with an extensive analysis, where your current eating pattern, physique, routine, and more are analyzed.
We will then provide feedback and advice during a pleasant meeting at the TNC office or online.
The further process is also explained during this moment.

DETERMINING YOUR METABOLISM

Next, we calculate how many calories you burn and move on to the first weekly plan. This first plan will give us a definitive picture of how high or low your metabolism actually is. From this moment, we can start applying the TNC formula and begin improving and transforming your body.

PERSONALIZED WEEKLY MENUS

After the three-phase analysis, we start with tailor-made weekly menus. These take your previous eating habits into account and may include familiar meals adapted to your new nutrition plan. The menus include not only a clear overview of meals but also additional information about specific ingredients, key points, tips, and suggestions.

FINE-TUNING AND PROGRESS

On the last day of each week, you provide feedback and results to the coach, which we then take into account. The coaching is continuously adjusted. We also provide detailed explanations about why certain foods are prescribed so that you become smarter during the coaching.
Recipes with clear instructions are also provided.

CLOSE CONNECTION WITH THE COACH

Thanks to your own dashboard, which you have access to throughout the entire coaching journey, you have a constant overview of all aspects of the coaching. Your nutrition plans, instructions, and advice are provided there, and you can also ask questions to the coach. This close connection allows the coaching to be quickly adjusted if needed.

INTENSITY AND TESTING COMBINATIONS

If everything goes smoothly, the coaching continues at the same intensity. However, you can choose a more comfortable journey or a more intensive one. More comfort = slower results, more intensive = faster results. During the coaching, we work toward your desired goal while also testing various food combinations to determine which combinations and meals work best for you.

The coaching journey lasts a minimum of 8 weeks, which is the time needed to achieve results and give you the knowledge and experience to keep your body balanced in the long term.

  • Second in-person or digital meeting - reflection moment: Detailed explanation of analysis phases 1 & 2, start of analysis phase 3 (first weekly plan), and explanation of the coaching.

  • Access to your own TNC dashboard: A clear online dashboard where you can find everything: Your profile, analyses, weekly plans, recipes, advice, and useful tips.

  • Weekly follow-up and support via the TNC platform: Analysis of your progress, reflection on the past week, and adjustments if needed.

Because we understand that not everyone wants the full coaching experience, we also offer standalone nutrition plans. These are nutrition plans based on your weight, height, and age.
Since there is no extensive prior analysis, there is no guarantee that these values are accurate. You need to monitor what your body does and adjust the plan yourself to achieve more results or work toward your goal more comfortably.

Plans are delivered weekly via email. There is no option to ask questions or have a weekly menu adjusted.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer this option to people with allergies or intolerances, as this requires more time.
We recommend choosing the coaching.
